Uh… well, maybe it is (heh, heh, heh).

Depression sucks. It is rooted in all sorts of circumstances, it is insidious, self-destructive and feeds on itself. It can take you out of the flow of life and leads to isolation and self-incrimination; leading you to feeling guilty about not being able to act in ways to get yourself out of the state – even if you know the logic of it. I dealt with it for three years. Oddly, I was artistic and creatively prolific and productive. However, it took going broke and getting evicted after 10 yrs. and being thrust into survival mode to get me out of mine (along with help from others). Never again.

Anyone dealing with it has my understanding and support. On the upside, you catch up on your rest and daytime TV.
