Firey Aries Symbol

April is when the Sun transits through the Fire element of Aries and the Earth element of Taurus.  February and March were months that were hard to move forward and get things done.  We are finally going to see an opening in April.  Mercury, the planet of communication, thought, transportation and travel will turn direct April 4^th and then Mars, the planet of energy and passion will turn direct April 14^th.  It will be a time of getting things done and knowing that life if finally moving forward!

Happy Birthday Aries!  When your ruling planet, Mars, moves forward in mid-April you will slowly but surely start to get your energy back on track.  The area where you can make the most progress is in your work environment.  Also, if you’re looking at changing your diet and health routine for the better, look at starting a new program during the New Moon, April 21^st.

Taurus April 20 – May 20:

With Mars, the planet of energy, passion, anger and assertion going direct April 14^th in your party house and Jupiter, the planet of good luck, optimism, and growth still in Taurus it’s time for you to get out there and make life happen!  April is your time to get the fires going again and move your agendas forward expecting good results.

Gemini May 21 – June 21:

After a long couple of months of taking two steps forward and five steps back, April should reveal that all your efforts weren’t in vain.  Jupiter, the planet of good luck, expansion and growth is on its way to your sign in June, so, do the leg work now to start seeing the benefits in June and beyond.

Cancer June 22 – July 22:

Virgo August 23 – September 22:

This month pamper yourself.  Mars, the planet of energy, passion, and assertion is still retrograde in your sign and so you are probably feeling that it is taking a little more effort just to get through the day.  I know being the do do do Virgo it’s not in your normal make-up to take care of yourself because you are always so busy taking care of others.  But this month and into April slow it down and pay attention to what your body is trying to tell you.  You may just like this new habit and not go back to your old ways next month.

Libra September 23 – October 23:

Libras with birthdays on October 17^th – 22^nd are still feeling Saturn, the planet of burdens, responsibility, limitations, and lessons in their lives.  Just remember this too shall pass and when it does it won’t be back for another 28 years!  The good news this month is that you have a New Moon in your house of relationships, which can help give you a boost with your partner and if you don’t have a partner this energy can help you attract one.

Scorpio October 24 – November 21:

Scorpio you have a lot of amazing energy in your 5^th house of creativity, self-expression, children, and romance.  Neptune the ultimate planet of creativity has arrived and is ready to awaken you to another side of your soul.  This month take your time and get acquainted with this new energy.  Nothing needs to move fast this month.  Inspiration may come to you when you least expect so keep a notepad close by.  Enjoy dear Scorpio!

Sagittarius November 22 – December 21:

Work should be busy but it may seem harder to get things done.  With Mars, the planet of energy and passion retrograde and Mercury, the planet of communication and transportation going retrograde this month things are bound to slow down and get confusing.  Don’t take anything personal this month.  Move slowly and take every change, missed appointment, flat tire or misunderstanding as an opportunity to stop and smell the roses.

Capricorn December 22 – January 19:

This is a perfect month all you Capricorns to take a couple of weekend get-a-ways.  The energy in the Universe is directing you to slow down and take time out to reflect and enjoy the fruits of your labor.  Mercury, the planet of communication and transportation will be going retrograde March 12^th thru April 13^th so make sure your plans are flexible.  Your planetary ruler, Saturn, is retrograde as well so make sure that your responsibilities are covered before you leave town so you can have a carefree time.  You deserve it!

Aquarius January 20 – February 18:

Your money houses are lit up this month.  Neptune will try to deceive you into thinking that you have enough money when in actuality you may have some extra bills to pay that you forgot about.  This year may be the year that you want to start your tax preparation early to make sure you have all your ducks in row and nothing is hiding to come out to bite you when it’s time to pay the tax man next month.  Also, get your rest this month and don’t over exert yourself.  Patience and self care should be your mantra for March.

Pisces February 19 – March 20:

The Full Moon on April 6^th is going to light up your money houses right before tax season.  You are also dealing with Saturn, the planet of responsibility and lessons, in your joint money house as well.  Mercury will be direct so make sure you double check your finances and important documents you may be submitting to banks, government institutions, and or insurance companies.  After April 13^th Mars, the planet of passion and energy, will go direct and help with a boost to your energy level.  Lots of mixed energy in April so pace yourself and don’t take anything for granted.

January is when the Sun transits through the Earth element of Capricorn and the Air element of Aquarius.  January has started off with all cylinders blazing!  All the planets are moving forward.  This hasn’t happened since last January!  Great possibilities are at your finger tips as 2012 begins!  The best analogy I could give for the start of this month would be that you are driving down an open road and there are no red lights or stop signs for miles and miles but of course there are tight curves and other cars on the road to be aware of.  So, yes the road blocks are removed until January 23rd and it’s a great time to take action and make progress but you still have to pay attention to who’s on the road with you and where the twists and turns will lead you…  Mars the planet of passion, energy, and anger will be the first to turn retrograde and slow down the party but that will give you time to catch your breath and regroup.  See what comes up during this time, the week of January 23rd, there may be important clues as to what needs to be sorted out in regards to passions, repressed anger, or you may even feel your energy level drop.  Don’t be alarmed.  Just know it’s a time to reassess where you are putting your energy and maybe a time to re-evaluate where you want to invest your energy more conciously…

Aries March 21 – April 19:

2012 is not a year to put don’t roots!  You need to flexible and loose in the coming months.  Uranus is in your sign and may be causing you to think fast and make decisions quickly.  This is mostly affecting Aries with birthdays March 19^th – 31^st.  If you are open you will be able to experience things you thought only happened in dreams.  If you are closed or in fear this can be a very challenging time because the Universe is wanting you to get out of your comfort zone and expand and grown your soul.

Taurus April 20 – May 20:

2012 still have Jupiter gifts to share with you until June 11^th!  What opportunities await you are limitless!  You just need to get out there and know the Universe is on your side to open those doors that may have been previously closed.  Try and get things in order by October because Saturn is going to move into Scorpio and throw a little wrench in your party.

Gemini May 21 – June 21:

2012 will bring on more eclipses in your sign but that can be a really good thing.  Eclipses can bring in amazing things in one’s life but you also have to let go of what is no longer serving you and that is where most people miss the boat…  Know that when you release old energy, people, situations, you allow bigger and better things to fill that space.  Clean house now because good luck Jupiter will be in your sign starting in June and you want to make sure you have room for the blessing that Jupiter will share.

Cancer June 22 – July 22:

2011 was a tough year for the cardinal signs (Cancer, Capricorn, Aries, Libra).  There was so much planetary activity creating lots of tension.  2012 will still have its challenges for you Cancers but you will get more planetary support.  This month concentrate on your relationships and everything from there should start to fall into place.

Leo July 23 – August 22:

2012 will have you dealing with financial responsibilities.  You need to be flexible and keep a plan A, B, & C readily available as a go to.  There may be some stops and starts at the beginning of 2012 but don’t be discouraged.  Keep your eye and on the prize and remember being focused and determined wins the race.

Virgo August 23 – September 22:

2012 hosts Mars to your sign until July 3^rd.  Mars has a tendency to be impulsive and quick to act but with it going retrograde starting Jan 23^rd – Apr 13^th you may want to double check your impulsive behavior before you jump.  Also, when Mars is retrograde in your sign you may not have the energy to do all you want to do.  Make sure you get your rest during this time and take it easy.

Libra September 23 – October 23:

Libras, Saturn will FINALLY leave your sign Oct 5^th this year!  Now I know you still have some months to go but you are at the home stretch.  It has been a tough transit.  When you look back the last couple of years you probably don’t even recognize your life…  Some things definitely needed to be released but other situations were for you to grow, expand and KNOW who you really are in those experiences!  Did you learn Saturn’s lessons?  I hope you did!

Scorpio October 24 – November 21:

Gemini May 21 – June 21:
