Do you take naps?

I envy my husband and son.  They take a nap every day.  Since my son is only two he needs one, but even though my husband is an adult, he only gets about three hours of sleep a night, four if he’s really lucky.  I’m not sure how he functions even with the nap!

I’d love to nap but I somehow find something to do while they are napping so I don’t take advantage of the few hours downtime.

Do you take naps?

  1. Hell Yeah! Naps rock and I take them with and without my daughter whenever I can…which unfortunately is not often enough.

    I used to take them back in the day on top of a little mat. When I awoke a carton of milk awaited me, then it was time for lunch~

  3. sometimes i feel as if the nap is my night’s sleep, and vice versa.

  4. Power naps!

    15-30 min snooze can really recharge my batteries.

  5. Cat naps in the garden are the best.

  6. I love naps, but I actively avoid them. I usually can’t take them unless I’m really sleep deprived. If I set an alarm, I wake up frustrated and still tired, and if I don’t, I sleep for hours and have horrible nightmares (daymares?). It’s too bad, really.
