What’s 1 thing you could never tolerate in a mate?

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner so let’s talk about relationships.  There are certain qualities that people look for in a mate but where do you draw the line?  Are you willing to let idiosyncrasies fall to the wayside or are they the main things that drive you crazy?  Would you stay with someone that cheated or is that the point of no return?

What’s 1 thing you could never tolerate in a mate?

    cheating. or being a republican who listens and believes the dribble of rush limbaugh and that ilk.

    A conservative republican(is there any other kind?), A religious zealot (who is probably also a conservative republican!), A mean, cruel person or a psychopath! (Oh that’s a lot more than one….guess I’m picky?)

    I can accept and explore a wide range of viewpoints, but it is obvious to me that anyone, at whatever place on the socio-political spectrum, who cannot respect an alternative point of view deserves no respect from me. I cannot tolerate the lack of creativity made evident by the factional structuralism required for contemporary discourse.

    My solution is to remain a hermit, creating art meant for those who will live two generations into the future.     Bad breath, stinginess, materialism…hmmm…I’m sure there are many more but those are a good start.
